RingMoney is strongly committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal and financial information secure. To earn your trust and confidence in our commitment, we are fully disclosing our privacy practices. App features and service scope

Our app is a Financial Product Distribution app which enables the user to get On Boarded on SEBI approved platforms like NSE NMF II, BSE Star MF, MF Utilities, Signzy etc to make online transactions through these platforms. RingMoney is registered with these platforms and is authorised to use their API documents. It uses the API of such third party platforms. The products we distribute are called Financial products like- Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits etc. In the whole process of distribution, RingMoney do not accept any money, fees or Funds in their own name. RingMoney is a registered distributor at AMFI (All India Mutual Fund Association) vide number - ARN: 165325 and it follows all the defined code of conducts laid down by the AMFI.

RingMoney and its service partners use your personally identifiable information to operate the sites and services and to inform you of new features, services, and products from RingMoney and its affiliates.

RingMoney may also carefully select other companies to send you information about their products or services which are related to the site's service but are not necessary to its operation (an "Extended Service"). If RingMoney intends to use personally identifiable information for an Extended Service, the RingMoney site will provide you with the ability and requisite instructions to decline this service. You may also stop the delivery of informational or promotional mail from RingMoney by following the instructions on the mail.

RingMoney may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) conform to the ethics of the law or comply with legal process served on the site or its owners; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of the site-owners, the site or the users of RingMoney, and (iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of RingMoney, the site, its owners, or the public.

Information collected by RingMoney and how it is used

Our app collects certain type of users data and also share it with third party through API for enabling the required features of the app like – customer onboarding, Online Transaction etc. Such data is shared securely through their API, under the regulatory framework of like- NSE NMF II, BSE Star MF, MF Utilities, Signzy etc to make online transactions through these platforms. All such data are encrypted in transit. To help users better understand our app's privacy, security, and data handling practices we are providing these information.
